:: Invitation

Dear brethren, sisters and friends,

The 20th General Conference Session in Jeju, Korea, is the first GC session ever to be held in Asia or the Pacific Region in the history of Seventh Day Adventist Reform Movement. The delegates from 132 countries where the Reform message has already entered will come and share the wonderful experiences from their mission fields, make plans, and elect new officers to lead out in the great commission that has been entrusted to the Reform Movement. The importance of the gospel work in Asia has already been foretold by the inspired testimony.

  “The whole world is opening to the gospel. Ethiopia is stretching out her hands unto God. From Japan and China and India, from the still-darkened lands of our own continent, from every quarter of this world of ours, comes the cry of sin-stricken hearts for a knowledge of the God of love. Millions upon millions have never so much as heard of God or of His love revealed in Christ. It is their right to receive this knowledge. They have an equal claim with us in the Saviour's mercy. And it rests with us who have received the knowledge, with our children to whom we may impart it, to answer their cry.”
—Education, pp. 262, 263.

We believe that the 20th General Conference Session in Jeju will be the turning point in the gospel work in the Pacific Region. And as one of the efforts to accomplish this, we will hold the Spiritual Meetings from October 4 to October 7, right after the GC session. Everyone is welcome to enjoy the spiritual blessings and the fellowship with the delegates from all over the world.

Jeju is a beautiful island and since July 2006 is the only self-governing province in South Korea where most foreigners can come and visit without a visa. As of now, only ten countries are not visa exempted. With visa exemption advantages, anyone who desires can come to the international Spiritual Meetings to pre-experience the communion which we will soon have in heaven, with our brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ.

Join us now to meet our brethren in Jeju and experience the oneness in Jesus Christ.
